安定的な利益配分の継続を目指すとともに将来の利益拡大のための設備投資や研究開発等に必要な内部留保の充実に努めており各期の経営成績、財政状況等を総合的に勘案した上で、期末配当として年１回の剰余金の配当を実施することを基本方針３【配当政策】 当社は、安定的な利益配分の継続を目指すとともに、財務体質の強化を図り、将来の利益拡大のための設備投資や研究開発等に必要な内部留保の充実に努めており、各期の経営成績、財政状況等を総合的に勘案した上で、期末配当として年１回の剰余金の配当を実施することを基本方針としております。 また、当社は、会社法第454条第５項に定める中間配当制度を採用しております。なお、剰余金の配当の決定機関は、期末配当については株主総会、中間配当については取締役会であります。 当期の１株当たり配当金に関しましては、当期の業績、財務状況等を総合的に勘案し、2025年11月27日開催の当社第33期定時株主総会におきまして、１株当たり配当額10.0円、配当総額216,256千円の配当案を付議し承認可決されました。
