Q. Is registration free?
A. Yes, the Basic plan is completely free. You can also upgrade to a paid plan.
Q. Can I change my plan anytime?
A. Yes, you can change your plan anytime from My Page. Both upgrades and downgrades are supported.
Q. About the data export feature
A. Standard and Premium plans allow data export in CSV format.
Q. Tell me about the free trial
A. A 14-day free trial is available with your first paid plan subscription. If you change to a different plan during the trial, the trial period will not reset and you will be charged immediately. The trial is not available if you re-subscribe after cancelling.
Q. How does billing work when changing plans?
A. When upgrading, you are charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the unused portion is applied as a credit to your account and automatically used in future payments. No cash refunds are issued.
Q. What happens when I downgrade or cancel?
A. For downgrades, your plan will switch to the lower plan after the current billing period ends. For cancellations, you can continue using the service until the end of your current billing period, but after that your membership will be cancelled and member features including My Page will no longer be available.
