Pulsar Announces Closing of Fundraise

Pulsar Helium Inc. (AIM: PLSR, TSXV: PLSR, OTCQB: PSRHF) (" Pulsar " or the " Company "), a primary helium company, is pleased to announce that further to its announcements on July 7 and 8, 2026, it has conditionally closed its Fundraise of 25,393,329 Offer Share at a price of £0.75 (approximately CAD$1.43) per Offer Share for total gross proceeds of £19.0 million (approximately US$25.5 million / CAD$36.0 million). Closing of the Fundraise remains subject to receipt of final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
