New Age Metals Inc. (TSXV: NAM; OTCQB: NMTLF; FSE: P7J.F) is pleased to provide an update on its 2026 exploration program at the Bonanza Ridge Gold and Critical Metals Project, part of the Company's Kenora Gold and Critical Metals Division in northwestern Ontario, including new gold assay results, the completion of mechanized stripping at the historic Triggs occurrence, and receipt of a high-resolution airborne geophysical survey covering several claim blocks within the broader Kenora land package.
Seven of the first returned batch of 215 samples returned greater than 1 g/t Au, with a high of 4.777 g/t Au in quartz-veined mafic volcanics (C2538633). Elevated copper values reached 3,230 ppm Cu (C2538558), and silver reached 14.9 g/t Ag (C2538634). 116 samples are still pending.
Grab samples are selective by nature and are not necessarily representative of the mineralization hosted on the property.
Gold values up to 4.777 g/t Au were returned along the North Blue Star Vein, with additional anomalous values of 0.834 g/t and 0.195 g/t Au along the Blue Star Vein to the south.
Clark Exploration Consulting Inc. commenced prospecting and geological mapping on the Kenora Project on May 20, 2026, with field work focused on the Bonanza claim block.
The Company has received assay results for the first batch of 215 grab samples submitted to Activation Laboratories Ltd. in Thunder Bay, Ontario, with results for the remaining 116 samples pending.
Sampling of a sub-parallel structure located approximately 20 m north of the historic Blue Star showing returned gold values of 4.77 g/t, 4.68 g/t, and 1.05 g/t Au, part of a series of parallel quartz veins identified in the area.
These results build on previous phase of sampling at the Bonanza Gold Property in the fall of 2025, which returned grades of up to 127 g/t Au at the historic Triggs occurrence and up to 31.9 g/t Au at the Blue Star occurrence, underscoring the gold potential of the broader mineralized system.
Mechanized stripping as previously recommended has been completed at the Triggs occurrence to expose additional gold-bearing features.
The Company has engaged a structural geological consultant to complete a structural analysis of the fault and the Triggs vein. This analysis will provide direction for detailed geological mapping and channel sampling of the stripped areas.
NAM has received final data deliveries from a high-resolution, fixed-wing geophysical survey flown by Terraquest Ltd. over the Magnet Lake, Northern Extension, Lavender Lake, Bonanza, South Gibi, and Lavender Lake Extension claim blocks. The data is comprised of horizontal magnetic gradient, radiometric (gamma ray), and VLF-EM data. The geophysical results are being compiled with other geological data for comprehensive evaluation.
Results from the 2026 field season will be instrumental in selecting drill targets for a planned winter diamond drill program.
