Germanium Mining Corp. Completes Summer Field Work and Awaits Assay Results at its 100% Owned Lac du Km 35 Germanium Property in Québec

GERMANIUM MINING CORP. (“GERMANIUM MINING” OR THE “COMPANY”) (CSE: GMC; OTCQB: EMSKF; FSE: YW0) is pleased to announce that Summer Field Work, consisting of systematic and detailed mapping and sampling with an emphasis on the Laganière showing area, was completed. A total of 192 outcrops were mapped and sent to the laboratory a total of 115 rock samples that will be assayed for, among others, germanium, copper, zinc and gold. Another 5 samples were also included for quality control purposes for a total of 120 samples. The Company expects to get assay results by mid-October 2026. Mario Pezzente, Chief Executive Officer, commented: “We have strategically expanded our 100% owned Lac du Km 35 Germanium property ahead of the active 2026 exploration season to allow for potential additional discoveries contiguous to the north of the Laganière showing that hosts the highest-grade Germanium sample in the Province of Quebec at 186 ppm . We are excited to receive shortly TDEM survey results with a goal of outlining new conductors in the vicinity of the Laganière Germanium showing on this highly prospective critical metal project. Germanium Mining Corp. is focused on unlocking strategic resources in stable jurisdictions, to potentially contribute to a more secure and resilient North American supply chain.” Magnetic Airborne Survey Results The survey covered the whole Property at a line spacing of 50 metres which allowed a clear and accurate outline of the Faribault Shear zone, particularly near the Laganière showing area. Towards the southern boundary of the property, an East-Northeast structure was also outlined transecting mafic and ultramafic intrusives, consisting of an assemblage of gabbro and pyroxenites. Both these areas, the Laganière Germanium showing and that East-Northeast structure were prospected in details. The survey also highlighted a new East-West corridor that is approximately 3 kilometres long by 1 kilometre wide near the western edge of the property. This corridor within a low magnetic area represents a new sector prospective for gold. A short mapping and sampling program along this new corridor is expected to begin soon this Fall. Electromagnetic Ground Survey Results The immediate area of 1.4 kilometres by 1.4 kilometres surrounding the Laganière showing was surveyed at a line spacing of 100 metres and stations at every 25 metres. Strong conductors were outlined underneath the Laganière Germanium showing at depth. Modelling and interpretation of these conductors will determine their approximate depth and allow diamond drill targeting. In addition, new and strong conductors were also defined on the southwestern portion of the electromagnetic survey grid. These conductors will be modelled and interpreted as well and represent potential drill targets. Surface expressions of these conductors were prospected during Summer Exploration Program. Upcoming Diamond Drilling Program Upon receiving assay results and interpretation of the ground electromagnetic survey, Germanium Mining will begin drill targeting and apply for drill permits. The first phase of diamond drilling will aim to reach the “discovery hole” stage. The campaign is planned to consist of 6 to 10 holes for a total of approximately 2,500 metres that is planned to be drilled early in 2027. Current sample results returned approximately 0.02% (186 ppm) Germanium at the Laganière showing, currently the highest-grade Germanium sample in the Province of Quebec to date.
