Nucor Corp. (NYSE: NUE) said it sees third-quarter earnings of $5.55 to $5.65 per diluted share, up from $2.63 per share in the year-ago quarter, according to data from Benzinga Pro. Nucor shares fell 3.1% to $257.00 in the after-hours trading session.

BlackBerry Ltd. (NYSE: BB) shares gained in after-hours trading following a partnership announcement between Sift, a data infrastructure platform for mission-critical hardware, and QNX, BlackBerry’s embedded software division. BlackBerry shares rose 1.9% to $8.09 in after-hours trading.
