Paul Grinberg Thank you, operator. Good afternoon, and welcome to the Extraordinary General Meeting of CoinShares PLC. My name is Paul Grinberg, and I am Chair of the Board of the company. I will be chairing this meeting. I'm joining you today from San Diego, California. The meeting is being held solely as a virtual meeting as the Board resolved under Article 11.3 of the company's Articles of Association. For the purposes of Article 11.4 of the articles, the meeting is deemed to take place in San Diego, California being the place at which I, as Chairperson of the meeting, am physically present. I'm satisfied that adequate facilities are available throughout this meeting to enable all shareholders to present, to communicate with one another and to participate in the business for which the meeting has been convened as required by Article 11.3.
