HawkEye 360 Establishes First European Subsidiary in Luxembourg

(NYSE: HAWK ), today announced the establishment of its first European subsidiary, HawkEye 360 Luxembourg, S.à r.l ., marking an important step in the Company's expansion of operations in the European Union and reinforcing its long-term commitment to European customers, allies and industry partners amid an increasingly complex security environment. The announcement coincides with an engagement between HawkEye 360 Chief Executive Officer John Serafini and U.S. Ambassador to Luxembourg Stacey Feinberg during World Space Business Week in Paris. The meeting underscores HawkEye 360's commitment to building a stronger operational presence in Europe and deepening its partnerships with government, industry and space-sector organizations across the region.
