DUVA, developed by Fitnexa, introduces DUVA ONE at IFA Berlin 2026. This in-ear intelligent sleep system is designed to perceive changes in the user and bedroom, then personalize audio output, noise cancellation, and device behavior throughout the night.
Most sleep wearables explain what happened after users wake up. DUVA ONE is designed to help while it's still night. The low-profile earbuds, ambient-sensing charging case, and app work together to determine when and how to respond. A user might start the night with a podcast over Bluetooth. Once they fall asleep, DUVA ONE can implement locally stored sleep audio and optimize power consumption. If a partner starts snoring or traffic noise increases, it can adjust active noise cancellation or add sound masking. In the morning, a private offline alarm wakes only the wearer, without requiring an active phone connection.
Earbud PPG and motion sensors estimate sleep stages and track heart rate, HRV, sleep position, and movement, while the charging case monitors ambient noise, light, temperature, and humidity. An AI agent interprets these signals along with playback status and personal preferences to select a fitting response. Users control sleep audio, playback duration, ANC strategy, and nighttime interventions within the DUVA app.
“Sleep doesn’t happen in a static environment, so sleep technology shouldn’t remain static either,” said Diego, founder of Fitnexa. “DUVA ONE is designed to respond during sleep.”
Key Highlights
Multi-level noise reduction: Passive noise isolation, hybrid ANC, and sleep audio provide up to 42 dB of noise reduction, complemented by Transparency Mode and adaptive ANC calibration.
Personalized AI sleep coaching: The AI analyzes the user’s sleep state in real-time and generates personalized audio coaching to help them fall asleep gradually.
Side-sleeping comfort: Each earbud weighs approximately 3.3 grams and features a low-profile design of about 9.9 mm. Two ear tip shapes and multiple sizes of ear tips and stabilizing fins allow for over 40 fitting configurations.
All-night battery: Up to 16 hours in the most power-efficient configuration, including 13 hours of local audio playback with ANC off and 9.5 hours with ANC on. The USB-C and wireless charging case provides up to five additional charges.
Private offline alarm: Alarm tones gradually increase in volume and offer 5, 10, or 15-minute snooze intervals via earbud controls.
Privacy-focused sensing: DUVA ONE does not record conversations, store ambient sound, or upload raw ambient audio. Users can disable individual sensors and delete historical data.
DUVA ONE is slated for release in October 2026 at a target retail price of $349.99 USD, with target markets including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia.
