Under this year's theme, “Simply ideal,” SMART MASTER is Midea’s AI-powered home ecosystem designed to create a smart home that listens, understands, and responds naturally. A home that understands you. For people, voice is one of the most natural and effortless ways to interact with technology. At the core of SMART MASTER is the AI Agent. With support for 140 languages, an 8-meter voice recognition range, and a 0.4-second response time, it understands what you say and what you need, enabling natural, fluid conversations. Voice control capabilities are integrated into key appliances and are additionally accessible via in-vehicle systems and other connected devices. The AI Agent connects all areas of your life, providing personalized support throughout the day. When you arrive home, Comfort Agent adjusts the air conditioner and humidifier and handles laundry to create a comfortable living environment. At dinner time, Health Agent suggests meals based on ingredients in the refrigerator and coordinates kitchen appliances. Efficiency Agent assists households in managing their energy consumption, while Service Agent diagnoses issues and provides maintenance advice and real-time video support when appliances require attention. A glimpse into the future of AI AI is also taking concrete shape through Midea Robot, which is being demonstrated live at the IFA booth.
