STRYK(TM) Brands Appoints Marchant Kuys as President and Chief Executive Officer

Tampa, Florida--(Newsfile Corp. - September 1, 2026) - STRYK TM Brands, maker of pouches powered by Nixodine® , the tobacco-free, elevated and modern pouch, today announced the appointment of Marchant Kuys as President and Chief Executive Officer. Kuys will lead the company as it scales manufacturing, distribution, and brand presence globally and help build the next generation of adult-consumer pouch products. Max Krangle, the current CEO and one of the Founders, will move to become General Counsel. STRYK TM thanks Max for this service as the CEO to get the business to this exciting point in its evolution. The other two Founders: Jay Wilgar transitions to Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer and Bryan G. Jones becomes Co-Founder, Chief Commercial Officer and remains Executive Chair. Kuys brings more than three decades of leadership experience across global consumer products, most recently as Regional President, Americas, at JTI (Japan Tobacco International), where he was responsible for developing the company's businesses across North and South America. Previously, he led JTI's markets across Taiwan, Ukraine, the Caucasus, Moldova, Belarus, and Central Asia. A South African national, he is a Chartered Accountant by training. Kuys earlier held senior finance and general management roles at Cadbury Schweppes (South Africa) Limited, a Finance Director of National Brands, and as Finance Director of Avis Fleet Services.
