Three Lions Acquisition Corp. Announces Pricing of $100 Million Initial Public Offering

NEW YORK , Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Three Lions Acquisition Corp. (the "Company") announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,000,000 units, at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to commence trading on September 1, 2026 on the Nasdaq Global Market ("Nasdaq") under the symbol "TLACU." The Company is a special purpose acquisition company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company expects to concentrate its efforts on target businesses in the sports, hospitality and leisure, and real estate sectors. Each unit sold in the offering consists of one ordinary share and one-half of one warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share.
