OCAL Financial Inc. (TSXV: OCAL) announces that it has signed a six-month social media marketing agreement with DIBO Marketing, launching a video-first campaign to bring OCAL's approval-first way of buying and financing a vehicle to a much wider Canadian audience. The Company also announces that it has engaged Signal Capital Advisors Inc. for investor relations and capital markets advisory services, as described below.
OCAL has built something most Canadians have not seen yet: a way to get approved for financing first, then have the right vehicle sourced and delivered to your door, all without setting foot on a car lot. The Company believes the biggest thing standing between that model and the customers it serves best is simple awareness. This campaign is built to close that gap, with short-form video at its core, told through the people who actually run OCAL and the customers for whom it delivers. Under the program, DIBO Marketing will lead strategy, creative direction, production and publishing across OCAL's social channels. Each month includes a structured filming session, twenty video scripts, professional editing of the resulting short-form video, and a steady stream of posts covering how OCAL works, Company milestones and customer deliveries, along with monthly performance reporting and optimization. DIBO Marketing founder Denis Cicak will personally direct the first filming day in Vancouver to set the creative standard for the campaign.
The choice of format is deliberate. Car buying research has moved to the phone, and short-form video is where a huge share of it now happens: real walkarounds, real deliveries, real explanations of how financing works. That plays directly to OCAL's strengths. A company that operates remotely and delivers to the customer's door has a story that shows well on camera, and OCAL intends to tell it with its own team and real deliveries rather than stock footage and slogans.
The push comes at a deliberate moment. OCAL is growing its funded-deal volume in British Columbia and Alberta and preparing to enter Ontario, and a stronger consumer brand supports both. It also complements the demand-generation technology OCAL has been investing in: the campaign builds the audience, and OCAL's AI-driven lead capture, qualification and approval process turns that attention into funded deals. Content produced under the campaign will follow OCAL's approval and compliance review before publication, consistent with how the Company approaches all public communications.
"We are genuinely excited about this one," said Mehdi Moghareh, Chief Executive Officer of OCAL. "We have spent years building a better way to buy and finance a vehicle, and the people who find us love it. Now it is time for a lot more Canadians to see it. Video is where car buyers spend their time, and DIBO knows how to tell a story there. Denis and his team are going to help us show, not just tell, what approval-first car buying looks like."
"Every funded deal starts with someone hearing about us for the first time," added Mr. Moghareh. "This campaign is about making that first moment happen far more often, and doing it with content we are proud of. And as our consumer brand grows, Signal Capital will help us tell the OCAL story just as well to the investment community."
Engagement of Investor Relations Advisor The Company entered into a consulting agreement (the "Consulting Agreement") with Signal Capital Advisors Inc. ("Signal Capital"). Under the Consulting Agreement, Signal Capital will provide investor relations and capital markets advisory services to the Company on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate the Consulting Agreement on 15 days' prior written notice. The services will include, without restriction: advising on investor relations, capital markets...
