Women Leaders Association Adds Lisa Reilly as Boston Coaching Partner, Bringing 23 Years of Biotech Leadership and Her Reclamation Method to High-Achieving Women

The Women Leaders Association announced Lisa Reilly as the newest Coaching Partner of its Boston chapter. Reilly coaches high-performing, high-achieving women who are ready to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity — without sacrificing themselves in the process. Through her signature Reclamation Method, she helps women reclaim their power, their identity, and their next level. Reilly spent 23 years rising through biotech and pharmaceutical leadership, most recently as a Thought Leader Liaison in neuroimmunology at Horizon (now Amgen); before that helping launch first-of-their-kind rare disease treatments at argenx, ranking in the top 10 percent nationally, and at Alexion, where she transformed a territory ranked last in the nation into a top-25 performer in a single year and then the region's #1; and eight years at Novo Nordisk, where she was recognized as a Women of Novo Nordisk. She also guides professionals through career transitions and executive reinvention.

Reilly joins Susan Shepherd and Danielle Snow on the Boston roster, giving members a choice among three proven coaches with complementary strengths.
