Dividend Announcements: August 15-21, 2026

In this article series, I summarize dividend announcements of the past week. This week, 10 stocks announced dividend increases, and one declared a special dividend. Ten companies announced dividend increases this week, with Ubiquiti leading at 25% and Popular at 20%. Investment Grade stocks - BPOP, SYBT, UI, and UNTY - are mostly fairly valued or slightly premium, with BPOP and SYBT closest to fair value. UI stands out for quality and growth, but trades at a 5.06% premium and has a short dividend streak; BPOP offers strong safety but a sub-investment-grade S&P rating. ETD issued a massive $3.00 special dividend, but its regular payout is unsustainably high, and its safety metrics are the weakest among this week’s announcers.
