Element79 Gold Corp. And Synergy Metals Corp. Announce Filing Of CSE Listing Statement

Element79 Gold Corp. (CSE: ELEM) (OTC: ELMGF) (FSE: 7YS) (“Element79”, or the "Company”) and Synergy Metals Corp. (“Synergy”) are pleased to announce that Synergy has filed a listing statement dated August 20, 2026 (the “ Listing Statement ”), in connection with Element79’s previously announced proposed arrangement transaction involving Element79 and Synergy (the “ Arrangement ”) and Synergy’s previously announced proposed merger transaction with 1425957 B.C. Ltd. (the “ Amalgamation ”, and together with the Arrangement, the “ Transactions ”, in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “ CSE ”).
