Taking place September 16-17, 2026, at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, ALL IN is Canada's largest event dedicated to artificial intelligence and advanced technologies. As one of the selected companies, Wisr AI will be showcased alongside other emerging Canadian technology leaders during the two-day event. Each RSU entitles the holder to receive, upon vesting, one common share of the Company for no additional consideration. The RSUs will vest as to 100% on February 20, 2027, being six months from the date of grant, subject to the terms of the Plan and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE").
