Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. It being 3 p.m., I now call the meeting to order. I've satisfied myself in accordance with the constitution that a quorum is present, and I therefore declare the meeting open at 3:01 p.m. WST. I'm very pleased to welcome you to the General Meeting of Shareholders of Predictive Discovery Limited. I'm Andrew Pardey, Chairman of Predictive Discovery, and I will chair today's meeting. Let me introduce the CEO and Managing Director, Matthew Wilcox, and Non-Executive Directors, Simon Jackson, Steve and Steven Michael. Executive Director, Alain William and Non-Executive Directors, Howard Golden and Alberto Lavandeira joined us online, also attending as Company Secretary Matthew Foy. The format of today's meeting will consist of dealing with the resolutions on the agenda for this meeting, followed by a short discussion, where we'll be happy to answer any questions concerning the company or its activities. In addition to the directors present today, Chief Financial Officer, Ross McLean, also joins us, who will also be available to answer any questions.
