David Koczkar CEO, MD & Director Thanks, and good morning, everyone. It's great to be here with you today. I'm coming to you from Nam, the home of the Wurundjeri Wurrung peoples, and I pay my respects to their elders, past and present. I'm joined today by our executive leadership team, including our CFO, Mark Rogers. This morning, we'll talk to Medibank's results for FY '26. The first opening thoughts from me. We continue to deliver value to the 6 million people who trust us with their health and well-being. Despite cost of living pressures, people continue to prioritize their health and private health cover has remained nondiscretionary. People are looking for greater value and better access to care. And the health system is increasingly struggling to meet those expectations. 1 in 4 people in Australia say they have delayed or avoided seeing a GP because of costs. while at the same time, public hospitals are dealing with growing elective surgery waiting list. So that's why accelerating the health transition has never been more important.
