However, if they succeed with that trial, I believe it would also help TYRA's broader SNAP drug-design platform. In that sense, a strong, complete-response signal with a good safety profile could de-risk dabogratinib and improve TYRA's risk-reward profile as a whole. Aside from SURF302, TYRA also has other interesting pipeline catalysts with SURF303 and BEACH301 planned for 2027.
