Second quarter GAAP earnings per share (EPS) were $0.70 compared to $0.57 in the prior year quarter. The company noted that in the second quarter 2026, GAAP EPS includes special items of $0.09 and intangible amortization expense of $0.17 compared to special items of $0.07 and intangible amortization of $0.16 in the second quarter 2025 (see attachment 1). Second quarter 2026 adjusted EPS was $0.96 compared to $0.80 in the prior year quarter, reflecting 20% growth in adjusted EPS over the prior year. "Our teams delivered another quarter of strong execution, generating organic growth and adjusted EBITDA margin expansion in each of our two business segments.
