Hudson Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: HDSN) a leading provider of innovative and sustainable refrigerant products and services to the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration industry – and one of the nation’s largest refrigerant reclaimers – announced that it was notified by the United States Defense Logistics Agency (“DLA”) that it has been re-awarded the previously disputed and rescinded Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the DLA. The initial term of the agreement runs through August 4, 2031 and is valued at $210 million, with the DLA holding a five-year option to extend the term through July 31, 2036. As previously disclosed, Hudson Technologies was notified in January 2026 that an unsuccessful bidder had filed a bid protest at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, challenging the DLA’s evaluation of proposals and the October 2025 contract award to Hudson Technologies. The DLA rescinded the prior award while it evaluated the protest and conducted the now completed re-bid process. Ken Gaglione, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hudson Technologies commented, “We are extremely pleased and proud to announce that Hudson has once again been awarded this contract. This re-award validates the competitive bid process and reflects Hudson’s past ten years of unparalleled support and reliable service to the DLA, and we look forward to continuing to demonstrate our unique ability to service the contract and their needs in the years ahead.” About Hudson Technologies Hudson Technologies, Inc. is a leading provider of innovative and sustainable refrigerant products and services to the Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry.
