"We are confident in our ability to use Bitcoin as pristine collateral to further refine our overall capital allocation strategy," stated Milton "Todd" Ault III, Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data. "We intend to maintain our long-term commitment to Bitcoin while using Bitcoin to provide short-term financial flexibility to allocate capital to our data center operations which we expect to provide significant cash flow throughout 2027 and beyond." Through its wholly owned subsidiary Sentinum, Hyperscale Data owns and operates a data center at which it mines digital assets and offers colocation and hosting services for the emerging AI ecosystems and other industries. Hyperscale Data's other wholly owned subsidiary, ACG, is a hybrid private equity firm and operating company that acquires, finances, builds and actively manages businesses across financial services, digital assets, industrial services, hospitality, defense technologies and other sectors. In addition, ACG is actively engaged in private credit and structured finance through Ault Lending, LLC, a licensed lending subsidiary.
