GBank Financial Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: GBFH) reported net income of $5.5 million, or $0.38 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared to $1.3 million, or $0.09 per diluted share during the first quarter of 2026, and $4.8 million, or $0.33 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2025. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, net income was $6.8 million, or $0.47 per diluted share, compared to $9.2 million, or $0.65 per diluted share, for the comparable six-month period of 2025. U.S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”) lending and commercial banking loan originations of $132.3 million, compared to $208.1 million for the first quarter of 2026. Non-performing assets, excluding guaranteed portions, of $23.3 million as of June 30, 2026, representing 1.63% of total assets compared to $13.2 million as of March 31, 2026, representing 0.70% of total assets.
