Real Estate's Penthouse View

The S&P 500 Real Estate sector rallied 2.36% on Friday, its best day since April 9, 2025, and the strongest performance of any sector. Despite having its best day in more than a year, Real Estate has led the index on just six of 140 trading days this year, tied with Financials and Industrials for the fewest. With Friday’s rally, Real Estate is now 3.25 standard deviations above its 50-DMA, its most overbought reading since February 17.
