Deutsche Börse's Q2 revenue reached €1.6 billion, 1.8% above consensus, supported by 9% growth in non-treasury income and a 60.6% EBITDA margin. Management reiterated its 2026 operating outlook and raised treasury-income guidance above €700 million, although this contribution remains interest-rate dependent and less recurring than underlying business growth.
The €500 million buyback has been completed, but management provided no indication of an additional repurchase program, potentially preserving flexibility for future acquisitions. Valuation leaves little margin of safety for DBOEY. We confirm our neutral rating.
