ACNB Corporation (NASDAQ: ACNB) (“ACNB” or the “Corporation”), financial holding company for ACNB Bank and ACNB Insurance Services, Inc., announced net income of $15.2 million, or $1.49 diluted earnings per share, for the three months ended June 30, 2026 compared to net income of $13.7 million, or $1.32 diluted earnings per share, for the three months ended March 31, 2026 and compared to net income of $11.6 million, or $1.11 diluted earnings per share, for the three months ended June 30, 2025.
The financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2025 were impacted by after-tax merger-related expenses of $1.5 million related to the acquisition of Traditions Bancorp, Inc. which was completed on February 1, 2025 (“Acquisition”).
