Community Healthcare Trust gets my prior 2 buy ratings reaffirmed again, a few weeks before its Q2 results come out. Key catalysts are portfolio growth, proven revenue trends, FFO recovery and margin strength, and a diverse national portfolio including outpatient clinics, serving the strong macro demand. The stock appears to be an undervaluation opportunity, while my upside forecast exceeds my hurdle rate.
