Good day, everyone, and thank you for joining us on such short notice. I'm Aishwarya Sitharam, I Head Investor Relations at Dr. Reddy's. Joining us today are members of the leadership team, Mr. Erez Israeli, our Chief Executive Officer; and Mr. M.V. Narasimham, MVN, our Chief Financial Officer. As you are aware, earlier today, we've made a disclosure regarding semaglutide, a key product in our portfolio. And we've organized this call to provide clarifications around this disclosure and also to answer any questions that you may have. We will start today's call with Erez providing a brief overview on the matter, and then we will open the floor later for questions.
