Rivian Automotive Inc. RIVN, -3.77% announced Tuesday that it plans to offer 75 million shares of its Class A common stock in a public offering.
The electric vehicle maker also said it plans to offer an additional 10.5 million shares, subject to market conditions.
The stock fell 3.7% in premarket trades.
