ASM announces intended nomination of Chris Figee as CFO

ASM International N.V. (Euronext Amsterdam: ASM) announced its Supervisory Board intends to nominate Chris Figee for appointment as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Management Board. Figee will join ASM on December 1, 2026, as Executive Vice President Special Projects, reporting to CEO Hichem M’Saad, to facilitate an onboarding process before his intended CFO appointment. The shareholder vote on his appointment is expected in March 2027. Paul Verhagen, the current CFO, was nominated for a second term until May 2027 and will continue in his role until Figee's appointment is effective. Verhagen will then step down as CFO but remain with ASM in an advisory role until his contract ends. The Chair of the Supervisory Board expressed confidence in Figee's financial leadership experience.
