Mining Americas Inc. (TSX: MAI) (OTCQX: MAIFF) ("Mining Americas" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that trading of its common shares (the "Common Shares") will commence on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") effective as of the opening of the market today, July 3, 2026, under the existing trading symbol, "MAI". In conjunction with the graduation to the TSX, the Common Shares have been delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV"), effective upon the commencement of trading on the TSX.
