The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR ) today announced Emilee De Martino will serve as its next Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. De Martino succeeds Tim Massa, who announced he will be retiring September 18. De Martino joins Kroger from McDonald's Corporation, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for International Operated Markets.
