Allied Critical Metals Files and Mails Management Information Circular and Announces Director Nominees

Allied Critical Metals Inc. has filed and mailed its management information circular for its upcoming annual and special meeting on October 22, 2026. The company also announced seven director nominees, including four new candidates: Major General (Ret.) James A. "Spider" Marks, former CEO Richard "Rick" LaBelle, Senior Advisor David Danziger, and former Managing Director António Salvador. These nominees bring extensive experience in mining, finance, governance, and national security, which Allied believes will strengthen the board as it advances its tungsten projects in Portugal. Current directors Sean O'Neill and Andrew Lee will not be standing for re-election.
