(1:58) The following is an abridged transcript: Shopify ( SHOP ) is partnering with Meta ( META ) to allow its AI agent Muse to complete purchases on behalf of users after Amazon ( AMZN ) moved to block the AI tool from its retail platform. Muse users can shop at Shopify stores and complete purchases through Shop Pay, Shopify's accelerated checkout service. Muse was launched by Meta earlier this month and is designed to carry out tasks for users, including finding products and completing online purchases. On Monday, Amazon blocked Muse from shopping on its website. Amazon said third-party applications making purchases on behalf of customers should respect a retailer's decision on whether to participate, and said it had asked Meta to remove Amazon from Muse. Bots could jeopardize Amazon's lucrative ad business by bypassing its native storefront. Among active stocks, Alibaba ( BABA ) is up after it provided further details on its Qwen artificial intelligence models and full-stack AI infrastructure . The company said its newest AI model, Qwen 4, is in training and that future models, the Qwen 4.5 and Qwen 5 series, would scale up to 5 to 10 trillion parameters. It also took the wraps off Qwen-Audio-3.1-TTS-Next, an audio generation model that can create a complete cinematic soundscape. Viking Therapeutics ( VKTX ) is soaring 30% after its GLP-1/GIP receptor agonist delivered 22% weight loss and showed potential for maintaining weight-loss effects with less frequent dosing . And Rosenblatt started coverage on Sandisk ( SNDK ) with a Buy rating and a $2,400 price target . Analyst Kevin Cassidy said new AI compute platforms are creating an opportunity to reposition NAND flash from a commodity storage medium to a more system-critical component of AI infrastructure. In other news of note, DoorDash ( DASH ) agreed to pay New York City delivery drivers who were underpaid tips after the company moved tipping to after checkout in response to the city’s new minimum wage law. Driver tips fell from more than $3 on average to less than $1 after the move to after-checkout tipping. This amounted to more than $550M in lost tips for DoorDash and Uber Eats ( UBER ) delivery people. “Simply put, we screwed up,” DoorDash posted. “While these mistakes weren’t intentional, that doesn’t make them okay. We are sorry to the Dashers we let down.” And in the Wall Street Research Corner, we’ve got a new Big Three. Three AI companies have amassed valuations that eclipse the combined first-day value of all U.S. tech companies that went public over the past 45 years. OpenAI ( OPENAI ), Anthropic ( ANTHRO ) and SpaceX ( SPCX ) are valued at a combined $5.2T, compared with $4.1T for 3,365 U.S. technology IPOs between 1980 and 2025.
