Cathie Wood-led Ark Invest purchased shares of Kalshi Inc. (KLSH.PVT) from private markets across three actively managed exchange-traded funds on Sept. 18, 2026, while simultaneously selling shares of Brera Holdings PLC (NASDAQ: SLMT ).

According to a trade notification on Sept. 18, 2026, Ark Invest added shares of Kalshi to the flagship ARK Innovation ETF (BATS: ARKK ), the ARK Next Generation Internet ETF (BATS: ARKW ), and the ARK Fintech Innovation ETF (BATS: ARKF ).

ARKK bought 90,024 shares of Kalshi, equivalent to 0.0126% of the ETF’s total holdings traded in the transaction, according to ARK’s trade notification.
