Blue Owl Capital is heavily undervalued after a roughly 61.5% crash since its all-time high. I see OWL as uniquely positioned to capitalize on the ongoing AI narrative, which the market continues to underappreciate. OWL's digital infrastructure is already adding to the growth with a 6% share in AUM. And the management sees great potential on that front. I believe OWL will bring a high double-digit return to shareholders as its real assets initiatives help drive the top- and bottom-line growth. As a result, its multiple should expand, but I don't think it will catch up to the likes of ARES or BAM.
