Summary The trend for the past half year is still for First Advantage to head higher, but this trend looks like it could be broken with the more recent sideways price action. FA posted strong quarterly results and FY2026 guidance was raised, but a shareholder’s decision to sell 12.5M shares kneecapped an attempt to rally higher. Earnings growth has been solid, but an argument can be made that it is not as fast as needed, and that is before a potential slowdown.
