The companies began collaborating in 2024 and in less than two years brought PureNil™ 0 — the world's first 100% plastic-free, dispersible, printable flexible packaging material — from development to commercial production. Approved for direct food contact, PureNil™ 0 rapidly disperses in water without leaving microplastics behind and is already used by customers in the cosmetic, personal care, and food and beverage markets. The partnership roadmap extends beyond PureNil™ 0 and includes the development of future generations of fully plastic-free, bio-based packaging solutions.
