According to the ETF prospectus, to be eligible for the index: A company must belong to either the Public Pro Sports Ownership Principals tranche or the Public Pro Sports Ownership Participants tranche and have a market capitalization of more than $100 million. Public Pro Sports Ownership Principals are companies that are owners and/or operators of professional sports teams, league, or venue. They generally will have significant revenue, payroll, or advertising exposure to professional sports or have significant valuation from sports assets. Public Pro Sports Ownership P articipants are companies that own or operate teams, leagues, or venues but do not meet the Principal criteria. They must hold a sports asset valuation of greater than $300 million.
