T2S informed the Trust that this decrease was primarily due to a decrease in severance taxes. Capital expenditures were $116,596 for the current month. T2S informed the Trust that this amount primarily reflected tangible completion costs, including approximately $51,000 of plugging costs and $63,000 of capital workover costs, as well as intangible completion costs, partially offset by a credit to tangible drilling costs. T2S informed the Trust that this month's net profits calculation included a net release of $62,500 from funds previously reserved by T2S, consisting of a $125,000 release of funds previously held for workovers, partially offset by a $62,500 holdback for future ad valorem taxes.
