Welcome into our latest TDR Trade to Black podcast. I'm your host Shadd Dales. Big podcast here today, as we know, Curaleaf trying to acquire Aurora Cannabis. We know how this has all unfolded in the last couple of weeks. This has gone public, and it's probably the first M&A deal if it gets done that we've seen in over 5 years. So today, we're going to bring in CEO and Chairman, Boris Jordan. There's been 15 questions that have been pre-submitted by Aurora shareholders that he's going to address on record, but the whole goal here today is to give shareholders both from Curaleaf and Aurora, a better understanding as to where this deal sits in right now. So Anthony and I will go back and forth with 15 questions.
