I guess it's been a big year for Boeing in the past year since we were here. You now have the 737 MAX 7 certification. You've had successful production rate increases in several aircraft programs. I guess when you look back in the past year, can you share with us what you think have been the most successful accomplishments for Boeing? And also, what's been the biggest challenge in this past year?
