I concede that ALMR’s broader disease panels and sampling could also deepen the utilization of its platform and expand its long-term TAM even into diagnostics. The good news is that consumables are growing faster than instruments. But we need to see if this will be long-term profitable growth as the installed base expands. Plus, their IPO should finance the ongoing commercial ramp, which does reduce dilution risks in the near term. But given their very expensive premium valuation, lock-up expiry data approaching, I ultimately remain neutral on the shares for now.
