KB Home (NYSE: KBH), one of the largest and most trusted homebuilders in the U.S., today announced the opening of the first phase of Sandstone, the homebuilder's massive new master plan in North Las Vegas. This master plan spans nearly 300 acres, with four new communities and over 1,500 new homes within the Villages at Tule Springs. Sandstone also offers over 12 acres of planned on-site parks, an extensive trail system and a new trailhead with access to the Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument.
