Prologis Q2 Earnings Preview: All Eyes On Data Centers
Prologis remains the world’s largest industrial landlord, leveraging scale, diversification, and strategic capital to outperform peers. Prologis is aggressively expanding into data centers, committing billions to development with about half of new starts in this segment, though power procurement remains a key risk.
