CHICKEN SALAD CHICK CELEBRATES 11TH MISSISSIPPI LOCATION WITH BRANDON OPENING

Chicken Salad Chick, the nation's only fast-casual chicken salad restaurant concept, announced today the opening of its 11th restaurant in The Magnolia State, located at 1480 West Government Street.

The local community is invited to celebrate this grand opening on Tuesday, September 15 when the first 100 guests in line will win free chicken salad for a year*.

During the grand opening week, guests will experience the Southern hospitality Chicken Salad Chick is known for while taking advantage of various specials and giveaways.

Tuesday, September 15 – Free Chicken Salad for a Year to the First 100 Guests – The first guest in line at 10:30am will receive one FREE large Quick Chick of chicken salad per week for an entire year.

Chicken Salad Chick of Brandon is owned and operated by multi-unit franchise owners, Shae and Blake Fuller.

The couple began their Chicken Salad Chick journey in 2018 with the opening of their first location in Flowood and have steadily expanded their footprint ever since – adding restaurants in Madison, Hattiesburg, and most recently Ridgeland.

Proud of the brand's heritage and its commitment to serving others with fresh, made-from-scratch chicken salad, the Fullers remain focused on sustained growth and look forward to bringing even more locations to communities across Mississippi.

Chicken Salad Chick is known for its dozen-plus variety of made-from-scratch chicken salad flavors, fresh sides, gourmet soups, signature sandwiches, and desserts.

The new Brandon restaurant offers in-restaurant dining, drive-thru, take-out, third-party delivery, and catering options.

Giving back to the community is an important focus for the Brandon team and the Chicken Salad Chick brand, which established the CSC Foundation to support CURE Childhood Cancer and local food banks with fundraisers throughout the year.

As part of pre-opening Friends & Family events in Brandon, the restaurant will be raising money for Children's Hospital of Mississippi.

This is the state's only hospital exclusively dedicated to the care of babies, children, and young adults.

Chicken Salad Chick of Brandon will be open Monday – Saturday from 10:30am – 8pm.
