We are transitioning from two to one contractor in our mining operations to improve safety and performance. As with any contractor transition, we expect a short ramp-up period as the new team establishes itself underground; however, we believe this change will deliver improved operating performance, greater productivity and enhanced mining flexibility over the near term. Operational optimization remains an ongoing process and, while there is still work ahead, we believe the improvements implemented over the past eighteen months have strengthened the consistency and reliability of our operations while positioning the Company for more sustainable production over the longer term. We also intend to invest in key mine infrastructure improvements and undertake additional delineation drilling to enhance mine planning and improve grade control. These initiatives should support more consistent production in order to meet debt service obligations. Combined with continued cost discipline, we believe San Jose de Gracia is becoming a more resilient operation that is increasingly well positioned to create long-term value for our shareholders."
