HeLIX Exploration PLC ( AIM:HEX OTCQB:HHEXF ) View Price & Profile HeLIX Exploration adds Drachs representatitve to board Published: 07:52 12 Aug 2026 BST HeLIX Exploration PLC (AIM:HEX, OTCQB:HHEXF) has appointed Rob Marshall to its board as a representative of its largest shareholder, Drachs Investments No.3 Limited, as the helium group moves from development into commercial production. Drachs owns around 18.6% of Helix. Under its relationship agreement, the investor can appoint two non-executive directors and a board observer while it continues to hold at least 15% of the company's shares. Marshall is already a non-executive director of Metals Exploration PLC (AIM:MTL) , where he has represented Drachs since November 2024. He is also UK managing director and chief financial officer of Evans Property Group and has experience across corporate finance, investment, M&A, capital raising and governance. Chairman Keith Spickelmier said Marshall's Metals Exploration experience was “particularly relevant” as Helix moves into production and pursues opportunities to expand its helium business. Helix began production at its Rudyard project in Montana in February and recorded first commercial sales in July, while its acquisition of Oklahoma's Keyes Helium Complex added liquefaction capacity to its upstream operations.
