Sentiment Analysis
Mintos, a European multi-asset investment platform for long-term wealth building, is introducing ETFs to its platform. Investors now have access to over 1,000 of the most popular ETFs among European investors, completely without transaction fees, without custody fees, and with a minimum investment amount of just €1.
“European investors invested a record €330 billion in ETFs in 2025. Vanguard predicts this number will continue to grow: by 2035, an estimated 100 million Europeans will invest in ETFs, compared to 30 million today. For most European investors, ETFs are the ideal entry into investing: broadly diversified, transparent, and now on Mintos without fees for buying and selling. Our goal was to remove every barrier between investors and their first ETF,” said Martins Sulte, CEO and co-founder of Mintos.
No transaction fees and an entry from €1
Mintos charges neither transaction fees for buying and selling ETFs nor custody fees for their safekeeping. Investors can start investing from as little as €1. This makes it possible to start building wealth immediately without having to save a larger amount first for fees to be worthwhile relative to the investment amount. This fee structure makes a crucial difference, especially for smaller, regular deposits. On many platforms, an execution fee of €1 on an investment of €20 already corresponds to 5% of the investment amount before the market has even moved. On Mintos, however, every euro invested is fully invested in the chosen ETF.
Over 1,000 UCITS-compliant funds from globally renowned providers
Mintos' ETF catalog, provided in partnership with Upvest, is based on over 1,000 funds that are both widely recognized and comply with the EU's UCITS framework (OGAW). This regulatory standard serves to protect retail investors and ensures that funds meet high regulatory standards through strict requirements for diversification, transparency, and risk management.
All over 1,000 funds are among the most popular with European investors and come from providers with an established international track record, including iShares, VanEck, Vanguard, and other well-known issuers. The selection is broad enough to build almost any portfolio, yet deliberately focused. This allows investors to invest without the research effort of a nearly unlimited product catalog.
Self-directed and automated investing or a combination of both
Mintos supports two approaches to ETF investing: Investors can select individual ETFs themselves and buy, hold, and sell them flexibly from €1. Alternatively, Mintos Core ETFs offers a pre-built, automatically rebalanced portfolio of equity and bond ETFs, with no management or custody fees and a starting balance from €50. Both options can also be used in parallel: investors can start with the automated portfolio and supplement it with self-selected ETFs over time without having to switch platforms.
A future feature for investment plans (savings plans) will provide an additional layer of automation. This will allow investors to set regular deposits: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly – and continuously grow their portfolio without manual intervention.

The value of investments can fall as well as rise. You may get back less than you invested. A Key Information Document (KID) is available for each ETF on the Mintos platform and should be read before investing...
